How to use the transfer paper to transfer on the fabric
Fabric transfer is divided into Pieces transfer and cloth printing.
a)pieces transfer （flatbed heat press machine ）
①Before batch transfer ,please test first . in order to deternine the machine temperature and time is appropriate
②Before transferring make sure the transfer paper is dry, so as to avoid the incomplete transfer, stain and so on
③before transfer , need to sort out the transfer paper and fabric , remove the fabric and transfer paper scraps ,cilia and other attachments . in order to avoid these caught in the transfer paper and fabric between the printing detects
④Ghosting is often the result of plate separation speed, plate flow transfer paper caused by adsorption, then throttle valve should be adjusted so that the cylinder plate heat transfer machine (or cylinder) from slow to avoid transfer transfer paper before being sucked up after falling by two and sublimation transfer ghosting. Avoid ghosting can also transfer paper on the four corners of the cloth dipped in water with clay or adhesion transfer of heat transfer paper.

⑥ before transferring,please comfirm the Positive and negative . many textile materials at both sides are not the same color and confusion, such as sportswear, polyester / cotton, polyester / nylon umbrella do, if you mistake a transfer paper covered in cotton or nylon, after transfer will find the color is light after wash check off and transfer machine, transfer paper, ink can not find out the reasons, the headache may wish to check on opposite sides of the fabric.
⑦Flat transfer process should pay attention to safe operation, is strictly prohibited into the hot plate under the hand, pay attention to avoid high temperature burns.
