How to do sublimation heat transfer for aluminum?
We Know, sublimation paper can for polyester, ceramics mugs, glass, aluminum etc. Fist print your design on the sublimation paper, then heat transfer the printed sublimation paper to the aluminum.
Some customers reflect that the printed sublimation paper color can not all be heat transferrd on the aluminum sheet, here we analyze the reasons.
1. you temperaturer and time is right?
Choose the right temperature and time, normally, we use 200℃, 25S.
2. are you uisng a piece of cloth for absorbing water vapor during heat press?
We know, aluminum is different with fabric, aluminum with high density and Permeability is bad, when heating plate meet aluminum, because of temperature difference, there will cause water vapor. so dark color can not fully transferred on the aluminum.
How to solve this problem? we should use a piece of cloth to absorb water vapor: put a piece of cloth on the silicone sheet, then put the sublimation paper, then the aluminum.
